Caroline at Markey Medical is a delight to work with where her attention to detail, professionalism and expertise in her field is only matched by her wonderfully collaborative and inclusive style. I’ve personally experienced her excellent work in the design and write up of clinical trial protocols, leadership of a large, complex, country-wide clinical trial of international importance in medical retina, masterful management of many clinicians all with their own style and opinions in addition to an Advisory board, Steering committee and Publication committee. Caroline has been instrumental in bringing together previous knowledge and new data to develop and write publications for peer review (manuscripts, posters, conference presentations) in which we, as a Writing Committee, have had great success. In all publication activities, Caroline demonstrates high ethical standards, initiative and quality work with great attention to detail, accuracy and achieving timelines. Her leadership is truly remarkable and the superior outcomes achieved have only come about from Caroline’s determination in persisting to get past every hurdle that presented itself. Tenacity, perseverance and charm under pressure are her key attributes and I cannot recommend her more highly. I look forward to our further collaboration.

Markey Medical has provided valuable support to our breast cancer and lymphoedema research endeavours specifically in the areas of protocol development and grant submission for our clinical studies. Caroline’s ability to upskill quickly in the clinical area, attention to detail, obvious trial expertise, high quality timely output and positive liaison with the team were greatly appreciated.

I have worked with Caroline Markey for more than 5 years and am recommending her skills for medical writing, medical education and teaching abilities in Ophthalmology. She has solely prepared for my sales team(s) complex and simple presentations and quizzes, simplified clinical evidence from papers justifying medical messages and enabling ease of implementation of promotional product launch(s) and lifecycle management for several promotable pharmaceuticals and indications in Ophthalmology.
She has interacted and communicated well to all levels of management and field force in my years of working with her, thus making her an effective teacher and writer. I would recommend her to any company with a field force /MSL who needs training.
